Cambridge Airport Taxi has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. Prices quoted are one pick up and one drop off point only we will chatge every additional pick up/drop off. Let us know if you find anything that is wrong at camtaxiairport@gmail.com. You should check independently any information before you rely on it. No representations are made by us that the information is accurate, up to date or complete and we do not accept liability for loss arising from any out of date or inaccurate information. This is a web site providing information free of charge.

All our vehicles are insured in accordance with legal requirements which include . All legal liabilities to third parties to include damaged property and personal injury.

Booking Terms and Conditions

We are unable to carry animals, with the exception of guide dogs, without prior agreement.
After the first hour waiting time will be charged by the carrier at £15.00 per hour,
Cambridge Airport Taxi is not the provider of the carriage services advertised on this site
Cambridge Airport Taxi has taken every measure to ensure that the driver to whom you are introduced via this site are both punctual and reliable but all contracts of driver that are created through this service are between you and the driver.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it to you with a booking confirmation document issued during our normal working hours. It is your responsibility to check the details are correct.


Adverse traffic conditions and other incidents beyond the driver’s control may cause delays. We will always establish the current status with the driver and inform you of it if you contact dtiver or us (within officall working hours) .


If for any reason driver is unable to supply the exact vehicle ordered we will arrange with that or another driver to upgrade you to the next available vehicle size or provide a suitable alternative to accommodate you.

Use of our website

Using the site confirms that you possess the legal authority and accept the conditions of use for this site, including payments from credit or debit cards, in accordance with all its Terms and Conditions.

Use of this website from outside the UK

Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are directed solely at those who access this website from the United Kingdom. Cambridge Airport Taxi make no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Exclusions of liability

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these Terms and Conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence or fraud of Cambridge Airport Taxi, its employees and agents or any drivers. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Cambridge Airport Taxi accepts no liability whatsoever for your late arrival or missing a flight or connection whatever the circumstance.

Law, jurisdiction and language

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

Payment and Refund

If you wish to pay now we can collect payment on behalf of the driver. Your payment is processed over a secure connection by WorldPay, one of Europe's leading payment service providers. To make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using American Express, JCB, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Purchasing. If you travel in less than 24 hours we will call you during our normal opening hours to confirm we have sufficient capacity to handle your request. Acceptance of your payment does not create a contract of carriage between you and Cambridge Airport Taxi. We accept payment as disclosed agent for the carriers who accept bookings through this site.



We have agreed with the carriers that Iif you order over the phone or online you have the right to cancel your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time with no penalty. Refunds will not be made where less than 24 hours notice is given.

Our refund policy

In the event that any payment is to be refunded Cambridge Airport Taxi will make the refund payment back to the credit/debit card from which the original payment was made within 48hrs of the refund requrest. If for any reason the payment cannot be made back to the originating card for reasons outside our control a cheque refund will be made to the named cardholder ONLY.

Conveying of children

UK law states that taxis are exempt from legislation relating to children travelling in a baby/child seat or booster, For Health and Safety reasons Cambridge Airport Taxis are unable to provide any form of child seat. If you require a child seat for your journey it would be the child’s parent/carers responsibility to provide one and to fit the seat in the vehicle and to secure the child. If you are booking a return journey and have your own child seat, the driver who carries out your booking will store your child seat for the return journey, please note that the installation of the child seat must be carried out by you
